Abstract:
Nowadays the world is facing a major problem of pollution. The major contribution for this problem is vehicles, automobiles & the fuels that are used in these vehicles. The second major problem is that the fuels which we are using in the automobiles have low efficiency in the petrol & diesel vehicles & the prices of these fuels have been increasing day by day. So we have to find an alternative or substitute for these fuels which increase the efficiency of these vehicles, which reduces the emissions at a great extent and economical for the country. Thus, during this time, we need to find out alternative renewable fuels that can be used on a commercial basis. Biofuels have a scope of being used as an alternative fuel. Many biofuels are tested on IC engines in recent years. Many of them reveal that a particular biofuel has a potential to be used as an alternative fuel in future.
