Abstract:

Voice based opinion using automatic speech recognition is an emerging research area where opinion is obtained by the speaker and is detected using NLP (Natural Language Processing) technique. This method is applied to train and test audio files to get the recognized spoken word. The data that has been converted to text are pre-processed and the text samples are subjected to categorization. Once it has been categorized mails are automatically generated. Our experimental research shows that the proposed system can obtain enormous complaints which can be rectified and also allows the public to track the progress of their issue, since the government and the public come under a common platform.
