Abstract:
Today, in any company, it is difficult to judge financial detail regarding employee’s reimbursement of previous sales. With the system “Advance Intelligence with Finance”, it will be easy to search previous data of past years in individual’s account. The bills will be scanned through OCR system and data will be converted into text form. This data is in unstructured format and Data mining will be applied now and process of preprocessing and data normalization is applied. Now this data will be in structured format. The process of allowing of data for company or business related reimbursement is done by admin and then with the help of NLP (Natural Language Processing), employee will search that data and will be able to analyze that data easily by different types of categories and subcategories. Lastly, searched data will be seen on the portal.
