Abstract:
This paper is a part of Ph.D. research work on models for environment management for redevelopment of slum wherein 306 slum households of Bhopal, India are surveyed and questioned on various attributes of well-being and tried to identify their perspective and priorities for various types of interventions. Slum dwellers’ satisfaction and priorities against various well-being attributes are analyzed using statistical methods on SPSS and SPSS.AMOS software. The results are significant with respect to conventional thinking of stakeholders at other side i.e. officials at provider end and set a stepping stone to rethink and replan in prioritizing slum redevelopment interventions.
