Abstract:

with the increase in the environmental constrains and global warming, the residential as well as commercial areas of various climatic zones of different part of globe differ with their physical and environmental criteria’s of designing a building which require least use of conventional fuels and rely more on the optimum utilization of the non-conventional energy resources. Green buildings are environmental friendly as well as economical as compared to other type of buildings. Passive design and use of “green materials and ideas” make such an environment friendly building.
