Abstract:

The objective of this work is to select an energy efficient channel access method (EMA) to maximize the energy efficiency of the system. The multiple access methods considered are time division multiple access (TDMA) and space division multiple access (SDMA). The project work is to stimulate the multiple input multiple output – orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MIMO – OFDM) network and for each sub-band chose either TDMA or SDMA using proposed algorithms.
