Abstract:

This paper proposes a novel method to access and update a database through a mobile device without using Internet Connection. The main objective of this technique is to help the users who don’t have access to Internet in their mobile device and want to access and/or update a database. This technique is demonstrated through a fully operational backend combination of software suites. The implementation is tested with Samsung Mobile devices which exhibited satisfactory results as discussed in the paper.
